1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or defective.
To be eligible:
A clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the defect or damage in the product.
The product must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
2. Return Process

Order details (Order ID, Name, Contact)
Unboxing video proof
Once verified, our team will:
Approve your request
Share return instructions
3. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
If approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Note: Any shipping or COD charges are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges
You may:
Return the defective item
Place a new order separately
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
Product is used, washed, or altered
No proper unboxing video is provided
Product is opened but not defective
Damage occurs after delivery
